    Toast your rye bread, if you like. Segment the grapefruit and spoon the fruit, along with any juice, into a small bowl.

  • step 2

    Spread the almond butter onto the rye bread, and top with the grapefruit, drizzling any juice over the top.

I cannot eat grapefruit as it interferes with my medication. What can I substitute please? PS I have asked this question before, but I do not seem to get (or be alerted to) any reply. So could you also tell me how I should be navigating discussions and Q&As
