  • 150ml unsweetened soya milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 25g cooked quinoa

I've made this a few times now - it is excellent for a filling, quick breakfast. To save more time I tend to make it the night before. The type of mixer you use is important, I don't have a proper blender but a good quality bar mix does the job.
