Ingredients
- 45ml Lyre's Coffee Originale
- 15ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit
- 45ml fresh espresso or cold-drip coffee
- 10ml vanilla syrup
- handful of ice cubes
- 1 coffee bean
Method
- STEP 1
Dry shake the first four ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, then half fill with ice. Shake hard briefly, then fine strain into a coupette or martini glass. Garnish with a coffee bean.
