Ingredients
- 50ml white rum
- 2 tsp peach cordial
- 2 tsp strawberry cordial
- ginger beer, to top up
- 4 dashes bitters
- ice, to serve
- blackcurrants and edible flowers, to garnish (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
Add cubed ice to a highball glass, build all the ingredients in glass, starting with the cordials. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with blackcurrants and edible flowers, if you like.
