Ingredients

  • 50ml white rum
  • 2 tsp peach cordial
  • 2 tsp strawberry cordial
  • ginger beer, to top up
  • 4 dashes bitters
  • ice, to serve
  • blackcurrants and edible flowers, to garnish (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1

    Add cubed ice to a highball glass, build all the ingredients in glass, starting with the cordials. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with blackcurrants and edible flowers, if you like.
