Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 50ml gin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ice

Method

  • STEP 1

    Stir the jam to loosen, then tip into a cocktail shaker along with the gin, lemon juice and a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain into a chilled glass to serve.
