Start the big day right with this flavour-packed breakfast, loaded with smoked salmon and a creamy, crunchy Boursin® topping

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 dates
  • 1 bagel, halved and toasted
  • 80g smoked salmon
  • 4 radishes, finely sliced
  • handful of rocket
  • lemon wedges, to serve
For the creamy topping
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 125g Boursin® Velvety Garlic & Herbs
  • 2 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • handful of dill, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 2 tbsp cornichons, finely chopped

Method

Step 1
To make the creamy topping, beat all the ingredients together and season with a pinch of salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.

Step 2
Spread the topping onto the toasted bagel slices, then top each one with half of the smoked salmon, radishes and rocket. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
