Step 1
Use a small paring knife to slice the dates lengthways (without cutting all the way through) and pull out the stones inside.
Step 2
Fill each date with 1 tsp of the Boursin® cheese, then wrap around half a slice of the Parma ham to secure the filling.
Step 3
Arrange the dates on a platter, drizzle over the honey and sprinkle the thyme across the top to serve.
