Boursin®, sprout & pigs in blankets orzo bake

Step 1
Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large casserole dish or frying pan over a medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pigs in blankets and fry for 6-8 mins until crispy and cooked through. Remove using a slotted spoon and set aside.
Step 2
Add the leek and sprouts and fry for 5-6 mins until starting to soften, then stir in the garlic and orzo and fry for another 2 mins until fragrant. Pour in the stock, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 8 mins, stirring occasionally until the orzo is al dente. Stir through the pigs in blankets and three quarters of the Boursin® cheese, then season to taste.
Step 3
Toss the bread with the remaining 2 tbsp of oil and the thyme. If using a frying pan, transfer the orzo to a baking dish (around 30 x 25cm) and top with the bread and chunks of the remaining Boursin. Bake for 15 mins until golden.
