Ingredients

  • 75g soft brown sugar
  • 75g soft butter/margarine
  • 100g chocolate drops/chunks
  • 150g self raising flour
  • 1 egg

Method

  • STEP 1
    Pre heat oven to gas Mark 4
  • STEP 2
    Cream marg/butter using hand held electric mixer. Beat in egg.
  • STEP 3
    Stir in flour and chocolate. Place in small spoonfuls on greased/lined baking tray.
  • STEP 4
    Bake for 10 to 15 mins
