Ingredients

  • 180g minced pork
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame, peanut or veg)
  • 1/2 tsp mashed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp lemongrass
  • 1 tsp hot chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsp chopped coriander

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cook pork in oil. Add garlic and lemon grass and cook 1-2 mins. Add chilli sauce, peanut butter, coconut cream, brown sugar until thickens. Now add coriander and fish sauce. ( if it seems too thick just add a little water)
