  • Onions
  • pumpkin or Squash
  • turnip or parsnips
  • veg stock
  • flour for thickening
  • seasoning

Method

  • STEP 1
    cut Onions or pumpkin or turnip into thick chunks
  • STEP 2
    warm in frying pan
  • STEP 3
    Add seasoning, herbs and flour to thicken
  • STEP 4
    Pour over veg stock. Simmer for 30 mins
