Pancakes

  • 8oz Flour
  • 4oz Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk (2/3 of a mug)
  • Use a whisk to mix

Topping

  • 8oz Flour
  • 4oz Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk (2/3 of a mug)
  • Use a whisk to mix
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Lemon juice

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 100'C
  • STEP 2
    Mix in the flour and sugar.
  • STEP 3
    Add the egg and mix in.
  • STEP 4
    Add the milk slowly and mix until there are no lumps left.
  • STEP 5
    Add the mixture to the pan slowly in pancake sizes.
  • STEP 6
    Let them cool on a cooling rack or eat hot.
  • STEP 7
    Butter or sprinkle with sugar and a bit of lemon juice.
