this recipe was excellent! I used a sweet potato instead of a normal potato, it was georgous! i had to add 0.5L more water than stated in the ingredients as it was too thick to start but this could have been because of the large sweet potato i used! However this wasn't a bad thing as it meant that i ended up with a load more soup!
Will be making some more very, very soon!

This was a really nice recipie to follow. Very easy and took hardly any effort to make. I added a few more potatoes to bulk it up and also a few more carrots too. Using a Hand Blender to process the ingredients was easy and handy and also left little washing up afterwards.
The soup itself was really yummy, me & my boyfriend both had seconds!! It was perfect with a blob of creme fraiche and some crusty bread. This is one to make again!!

I don't agree that this soup can be frozen. It didn't taste very nice afterwards.

Really easy and quick to make. Didn't have any fresh coriander but is still yummy without.

This went down really well with my Husband and 2 year old daughter! They both cleaned their bowls and wanted more. My daughters exact words were "nummy, nummy" (yummy yummy lol).

Fantastic soup, my husband's favourite. I hate coriander so make it for myself without it.

Really easy to make (I was multi-tasking and making two soups at the one time! using the same (home-made stock). Both turned out very well - to the delight of my well fed husband.
