Ingredients

  • 1 CARTON PASATA SAUCE
  • 1 TIN CHOPPED TOMATOES
  • 1 SMALL ONION
  • 1 CARROT
  • 6 MUSHROOMS
  • I RED PEPPER
  • 4 SPRING ONIONS OR SOME FROZEN PEAS
  • 2 SLICE BACON
  • 5 GARLIC CLOVES
  • 1 CHICKEN STOCK CUBE
  • 1 GLASS WINE
  • SESONING
  • SMALL BUNCH PARSLEY
  • TEA SPOON MIXED HERBS
  • LITLLE CHOPPED CHILLI (OPTIONAL)
  • TEA SPOON HONEY
  • PARMASAN CHEESE

Method

    1. Chop onion carrot pepper mushrooms into small dice
    2. Fry off bacon in a little oil and add above vegetables & garlic, parsley add pasata stock and wine
    3. Check seasoning Simmer for about 45 mins
    4. Just before serving add spring onions and more parsley
    5. Garnish with parmesan cheese and spring onion / parsley
