  • 3 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp wine vinegar
  • salt & ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 good lincolnshire or other herby sausages
  • 2 quartered red onions
  • 500g halved new potatoes or 3 baking potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 large Cox's or Braeburn apples cut into quarters and cores removed

    1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4.
    2. In a bowl mix together the honey, mustard, oil, wine vinegar and seasoning.
    3. Place the sausages, onions, potatoes and apples in a roasting dish.

thanks for the rating. I've only just discovered this site myself, I get the mag and the recipes in there are really good. I'm glad you enjoyed it, was dreading somebody really hating the recipe.

This is the first recipe I've used from this site and I loved it! Feels quite like "bad" (ie comfort!) food even though its all good ingredients. Easy to cook and cheap too. Great, thanks
