Made this twice now. Very easy and simple to make. Goes down very nicely and does not last very long, between myself and my brother!! Find I have to leave in the microwave for an extra minute or two. And I use slightly more lemon curd than stated. A good make of lemon curd is recommended. Great pudding to make if you do not have a lot of time, or if unexpected guests turn up.

This sound nice. But can I use an oven instead of the microwave? I hate microwave. If yes please give me instructions.

Easy, very quick pudding to make and delicious too! We tried this the chocolate way too, and it was great. Perfect for a quick pudding fix.

I love this recipe! Its light and fluffy and so quick to make! The only thing I would say that it took 5 minutes to cook in my microwave as its only 700w. Lovely with vanilla ice cream :)

I love this, swapped the lemon for almond essence and black cherry jam. Fantastic

Not being a great fan of microwave cooking, I was unsure about this recipe, but it was quick & easy to make. It cooked in minutes & was light and fluffy (I expected rubbery). Everyone enjoyed it.

made this tonight, with lemon curd in the bottom of bowl as previously suggested, very tasty. My husband even had seconds & he "doesn't do pudding", high praise indeed.

This is AMAZING - didn't believe it until I saw it and it was on of the lightest cakes I've ever eaten!

Unbelievable!!! I have never imagined that my first pudding would be so tastefull!!! The other amazing thing for me was the microwave baking!!!

I made this yesterday in my Christmas Welcome Dinner and I had appricot curd, so instead of lemon zest I used orange zest.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!
