I'm not sure where I went wrong, but my toppings partly slipped off and the creme curdled . The whole lot did not look appetising at all. However it tasted nice. Not sure that I'd rush to do this again.

An easy recipe to make. My 10 year old son enjoyed helping. When it came out it looked just like the picture! Very tasty, had with Mexican style rice and salad.

Made this this evening, and it was yummy - enjoyed by the whole family! I changed the recipe slightly - cooked the chicken first, covered with foil, then removed the foil, added the toppings and cooked for another 5-6 minutes. I also added a tin of sweetcorn, which was nice.
Will make this again.

Delicious and so easy to do. Serve with mini roasted pots or a big salad :)

I have made this dish several times now and we all love the recipe. I also slice the chicken breasts to flatten them out which makes it easier to pile on the toppings...it is also easier to make sure the chicken meat is cooked through. I use 1/2 fat creme fraiche instead of soured cream to make the dish a little healthier. A real store cupboard success.

I was genuinely surprised how nice this was! I will definitely make this again as the chicken was really juicy, I had all the ingredients in the house already and it was so quick and easy to make!

My husband really liked these, but i found that the soured cream made the tortillas turn soggy and it also curdled a bit which wasn't pleasant, but next time i make it i'm gonna just serve the soured cream with it after its cooked, and i'm sure that will make them a whole lot better (well for me anyway!lol!)

This recipe was so simple I actually felt guilty for the minimal effort. But it's so tasty, it's become a family favourite.

Fantastically tasty! I cooked it under foil to start with then took the foil off to crisp up the nachos and cheese. Added jalpenos for extra umph too. Have a feeling that this will become a firm favourite in our house!!! Great website.

Thumbs up from the brood. Mine took 25 minutes to cook through (the chicken, not the brood), served with mexican style wedges, side salad and a couple of dips. Will do it again one day.
Onwards and upwards to the next recipe...love this site!

Quick, easy and fantastic flavours. I made it twice in one week for different friends - the first time I used crisps instead of tortilla chips as someone had finished the pack I had for a late night snack! worked fine. Served them with Mexican rice & bean salad from this site (although I served the rice hot rather than as a salad) and Mexican spiced wedges with sour cream on the side.

All the family loved this one. Usually used mild salsa as my husband can't have spicy food. Have made it using creme fraiche instead of soured cream. It works just as well. Very easy to make and the topping keeps the chicken moist.
