Ingredients
- 150g Self-raising flour
- Quarter teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
- 2 ripe bananas (roughly mashed)
- 50g butter (soft)
- 1 egg
- 150g Soft, brown sugar
- Half teaspoon Vanilla essence
- Quarter teaspoon salt
- Teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Gas mark 4)
- STEP 2Sift flour, bicarb, salt & cinnamon into food blender
- STEP 3Add all of remaining ingredients to blender and blend until entirely smooth
- STEP 4Empty mixture into 8" x 4" loaf tin, and bake for 40 minutes
