Thumbs up from us two. Very simple to make. I added garlic, fresh thyme and rosemary plus a pinch of Cayenne pepper and slug of white wine. Didn't have any black olives nor fresh basil but it didn't seem to matter although it would have been a finishing touch with the basil. This is a "keeper"

Absolutely love this recipe, although I do give the onions ten minutes in the oven before adding the tomatoes and peppers as we like the onions nice and chunky. This has become a firm family favourite!

Love this recipie, I made it for the second time tonight.
Added garlic this time round and was lovely.
Sauce is a little watery so I do hold a bit back, but very tasty none the less.

Absolutely no need to buy all the ingredients and especially as you get a bunch of tomato skins. Just get a jar of Tesco Finest Puttanesca Pasta Sauce which contains everything listed, heat it, and place cod in sauce until flaky. Delicious.

Absolutely loved this! Added a bit of red chilli and garlic for a bit of a kick and it was delicious.

Really tasty, I definitely recommend this one. I did it with prawns rather than cod, and it was lovely!

My fiancé thought with such few and simple ingredients this might be a little boring. It's really not and super easy and fast to do. I would add a little sugar to the sauce in order to take the tart taste from typical tinned tomatoes or passata. The addition of the crusty bread makes it perfect. Will definitely make again.

quick, simple, and so delicious! Made it with unsmoked haddock and added capers, a little hot paprika (pimentón), thyme and a bit of rosemary as well as the basil. Might add some chili next time for an extra kick, will def be making again.

Lovely, tasty, easy recipe. Ideal for a work night. I used a passata with garlic for a bit of extra flavour. Might try adding garlic cloves with the peppers and tomatoes next time.

Delicious, quick meal. Added a courgette for extra veg and left out the beans (method doesn't tell you when to add them!) sure this will become a favourite as both my husband and 3 year old liked it.

Great dish, I added garlic and a bit of chilli powder (not too much, just just enough to lift it a bit).

Must be eaten with crusty french bread, makes all the difference.
