Easily Adaptable Light & Fluffy Cupcake Recipe!

Ingredients

  • Basic Mix:
  • 225g SR Flour
  • 75g Margarine
  • 75g Sugar
  • 1x Egg
  • 75-100ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence.
  • Extras:
  • 25g Cocoa & 100g Chocolate Chips
  • Decorations:
  • Strawberry Jam & Buttercream Icing
  • 100g Icing Sugar & 1tbsp Water

Method

    1. Preheat Oven To 200 oC. Place 12 Cake Cases Onto Tray.
    2. Sieve Flour Into Bowl.
    3. Add Margarine & Rub Into Flour. Add Sugar & Mix.
    4. Add Egg, Vanilla & Enough Milk To Make A Stiff Mixture. (Add Chocolate Extra - Optional).
    5. Divide Between Cases. Bake For 10-15 Mins. Cool On Wire Rack.
    6. Decorate & Enjoy!
