Ingredients
Basic Mix:
- 225g SR Flour
- 75g Margarine
- 75g Sugar
- 1x Egg
- 75-100ml Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence.
Extras:
- 25g Cocoa & 100g Chocolate Chips
Decorations:
- Strawberry Jam & Buttercream Icing
- 100g Icing Sugar & 1tbsp Water
Method
- STEP 1Preheat Oven To 200 oC. Place 12 Cake Cases Onto Tray.
- STEP 2Sieve Flour Into Bowl.
- STEP 3Add Margarine & Rub Into Flour. Add Sugar & Mix.
- STEP 4Add Egg, Vanilla & Enough Milk To Make A Stiff Mixture. (Add Chocolate Extra - Optional).
- STEP 5Divide Between Cases. Bake For 10-15 Mins. Cool On Wire Rack.
- STEP 6Decorate & Enjoy!
