Really good, easy and healthy recipe. Takes more than 5 mins to prepare though :) Also needs additonal seasoning. I used lots of chilli powder, which worked very well.

Lovely and works with just about any veg. I sometimes add a small aubergine and a couple of cloves of garlic to the roasting tray, half a chilli or so in the blender also works well or a splash of balsamic at the end. So much better than ready made sauce and so quick to prepare.

This was really quick and easy to prepare and tasted sweet and delicious. Used it as a pasta sauce and even my veg-hating children thought it was delicious! Might add some garlic and possibly a little chilli next time too.

I really enjoyed this recipe. We will be having it again that's for sure. I added some garlic and a dash of balsamic vinegar to give it that little more flavour and some chestnut mushrooms. I may try adding some worcester sauce next time. Well worth trying this was delicous. Make sure the peppers are not to small keep them chunky so the brown all over.

A good solid recipe for a midweek pasta supper. I think it works best as a springboard for additional ideas - as other reviewers have noted above. For me the garlic and chilli were essential. It's good, but don't expect the earth to move!

Fast, easy and tasty. I added some chicken that I'd cooked with a little garlic and some spinach and served over pasta. I would probably add the chili or paprika next time just to spice it up a little.

Quick, easy, tasty - smelled delicious when it was roasting. I only had a bag of mixed peppers but still tastes good. I also roasted a couple of bulbs of garlic and tbps of balsamic vinegar at the end. Best of all - if you use the low cal spray it makes this 0 points on Weightwatchers. Add 60g dried pasta (3pts) and some leftover roast chicken 60g (1pt -skinless) you've got a tasty and filling meal for 4 points.

Great. Needed a little something else though - so added lots of grated parmesan.

I have made this tonight and added some boursin cheese and it was yummy

Great, easy dish that's so healthy. My 3 year old non-veggie eating daughter loved it. It helps to make sure the peppers are quite chargrilled to enhance sweet flavour.

Lovely, I cooked cubed chicken and mushrooms in the pasata then added blended paper mix. I added vegetable bouillion powder, balsamic vinager 1/4 teasoon sugar to the sauce prio to cooking. Once i had mixed the pasta and sauce I grated fresh parmesan on the top and served with asparagus (to help with our 5 a day) and crusty bread. Yum!!!!!
