This makes 2 biggish glassfuls. It's especially nice to do when you come in from work/school on a hot day - the frozen fruit really chills it. The food tracker site I use tells me that, using a small (120g) banana (weighed with skin), this comes out as 99 calories with 0.6g fat per serving (doesn't say how much sugar).
