  1. COVER CHJICKEN CHUNKS IN TIKKA PASTE LEAVE FOR 2 MINS
  2. THEN STIR IN HALF THE YOGURT AND LEAVE FOR A FURTHER 8 MINS
  3. MIX REMAINING YOGURT WITH MANGO CHUTNEY OR MAKE A RIALTO CUCUMBER SAUCE
  4. PUT CHICKEN ON SKEWERS, GRILL FOR 10 MINS TURNING UNTIL CHARRED AND COOKED THOROUGHLY
  5. MAKE A POCKET IN EACH NAAN AND SPREAD THE INSIDE WITH MANGO CHUTNEY MIXTURE ADD SPINACH LEAVES THEN PILE THE CHICKEN ON TOP AND SERVE WITH LEMON AND LIME

    i used a different paste than tikka and it was spicy and flavorsome. i made my own naan bread and my friends thought it was really good as they came for a sleepover. tasted great.

  • 3 TBSP LOW FAT NATURAL YOGURT
  • 2 TSP MANGO CHUTNEY
  • 2 - 4 NAAN BREADS
  • HANDFUL OF BABY SPINACH LEAVES, OR LETTUCE WILL DO
  • LEMON OR LIME \WEDGES TO SERVE
