Apple granola crumble

An easy take on a family favourite, this crumble is ideal for when you want a great dessert fast

  • ½ tsp sunflower oil
  • 4 dessert apples, peeled, cored and thickly sliced
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar, plus a little extra to sprinkle
  • 150g W.K. Kellogg Coconut, Cashew & Almond No Added Sugar Granola
  • 2-3 tbsp cashew nut butter

1.  Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Heat the oil in a small ovenproof frying pan over a medium heat. Add the apples, lemon juice and 2 tbsp of the coconut sugar. Cook for about 5 mins, stirring until the apples soften, then turn up the heat and cook for another 2 mins to caramelise them.

2.  Remove the pan from the heat. Sprinkle with the granola, blob over the cashew nut butter and then sprinkle the remaining sugar over. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 mins, until the granola topping turns golden.
