How to make an Irish cream freakshake:
- Blitz 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, 50 ml Irish cream (we used Baileys), 200ml milk and 2 tbsp speculoos biscuit spread (we used Lotus) in a blender to make a thick milkshake.
- Dunk the top of the glass in most of 50g melted dark chocolate then drizzle the rest inside the glass and over the edge.
- Pour in the milkshake, top with 2 gingerbread men then a generous squirt of whipped cream. Nestle in 1 chocolate reindeer (we used Maltesers’), 1 gingerbread man and 2 chocolate wafer biscuits (which double up as edible straws).
- For an extra festive hit, sprinkle over edible snow and drizzle over more melted chocolate.
