If Irish cream is your favourite Christmas tipple, try this decadent freakshake. Topped with ice cream, melted dark chocolate and gingerbread men, it's the ultimate festive treat.
How to make an Irish cream freakshake:
Blitz 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, 50 ml Irish cream (we used Baileys), 200ml milk and 2 tbsp speculoos biscuit spread (we used Lotus) in a blender to make a thick milkshake.
Dunk the top of the glass in most of 50g melted dark chocolate then drizzle the rest inside the glass and over the edge.
Pour in the milkshake, top with 2 gingerbread men then a generous squirt of whipped cream. Nestle in 1 chocolate reindeer (we used Maltesers’), 1 gingerbread man and 2 chocolate wafer biscuits (which double up as edible straws).
For an extra festive hit, sprinkle over edible snow and drizzle over more melted chocolate.
