  • tuna
  • new potatoes, cooked
  • red onion
  • capers
  • a handful of rocket or watercress

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mix canned tuna (drained) with cooked new potatoes, red onion, capers and a handful of rocket or watercress, and toss with a bought fat-free dressing.
