Ingredients
- 200g fresh or frozen strawberries (stalks removed if using fresh)
- 2 large scoops strawberry or vanilla ice cream, or a vegan alternative
- 500ml milk or plant milk
- 2 tsp malted milk powder
- whipped cream and sprinkles, to serve (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
If using fresh strawberries, set aside one for garnishing later. Tip the remaining strawberries into a blender with the ice cream, milk and malted milk powder, then blend until smooth.
- STEP 2
Divide between two milkshake glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if you like. If you have reserved a fresh strawberry, cut it in half and use to garnish.
