Quick to make, although the recipe is for 1.5 portion, not 2. I've trebled it and it worked well for our family. Added extra mustard and some seasoning. So delicious and ready in 15 minutes.

Was not sure about this but I gave it a go because I needed simething quick. Really quick and easy. Pleasantly surprised by this recipe and its a bit more substanstial with the addition of egg. I did alter it slightly by using 1tsp yellow mustard . 4 minutes was perfect for me and I made double for 2 as supper

Not a fan, wasn't worth the effort!

I decided to use a different variety of bread like french sticks and crusty white loaves to give it a more rustic feel. Maybe not for two people but as comfort food for one as a breakfast lunch or dinner

It needs cooking a lot longer than suggested, and I don't think it would be enough to do breakfast for two people. I ended up making cheese on toast to go along with it, we all preferred the cheese on toast which was much easier!

Really tasty and a great quick snack. I made it for my children after school and their plates were cleared within minutes. I will definately be making this recipe again and again.
