• handful ice cubes
  • 50ml smoky blended whisky
  • 37½ml lychee liqueur
  • 25ml sugar syrup or gomme
  • 75ml lemon juice
  • 150ml peach iced tea
  • 6 dashes orange bitters
  • crushed ice, to serve
  • mint sprig, to garnish (optional)
  • peach slice, to garnish (optional)


  • STEP 1

    Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker and then add all the remaining ingredients except the crushed ice and garnishes. Shake to combine and until the mixture is chilled. Add the crushed ice to a goblet glass and then double strain into the glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of peach, if you like.
