  • crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 small wholegrain roll or slice of bread
  • sliced apple
  • watercress

Method

  • STEP 1

    Spread a little crunchy peanut butter on a small wholegrain roll or slice of bread. Top with sliced apple and watercress.
