Delicious; was even chosen by some adults who weren't driving so definitely a decent alternative to mulled wine. I left out the sugar after reading the previous comments but also the cloves (because I hate them).

Nice to have a non alcoholic mulled drink to offer drivers and children.

Totally delicious. I've made this several times. I don't add the sugar as it doesn't need it. Recommended.

Made this a week before Christmas. Added a sachet of mulled wine spices for more flavour. Delicious, went down really well with everybody! Will make this next year too.

Juiced 8 apples for fresh apple juice which made Knuth for two people and followed the recipe with 1tsp honey. Optional tip, i also added two shots of orange liquor at the end which worked well. Nice recipe.

Such a great alternative to mulled wine or cider for the drivers, I followed the recipe word for word but used cloudy apple juice. Smells and tastes amazing.

Did this yesterday, put it in a flask and took it on a long walk. Absolutely delicious. Didnt bother with fruit skins, I put a slug of lemon juice in to give it a citrus burst. I did put a couple of tea spoons of sugar in it, which I don't think I'll bother with next time, it didn't need it. Im going to keep this receipe a secret, it will gaurantee im invited to all those bonfire parties coming up, especially as it's so transportable! Give it a go it's so easy.

A great alternative to mulled wine. Just as warming, but without the worry of alcohol!

I added some lemon and orange slices rather than the orange peel. Really tasty alternative to mulled wine.

Would this last a week if bottled up and stored in the fridge?

Thank you for replying. I am planning on making some fresh on Christmas Day, however I am also planning on gifting some to a few people and was wondering how long it will last so I can put a best before date on it for them. Thank you

Can you make this about 3-4 days before Christmas Day and then store it? Would it still be okay? If so, what would I store it in/where shall I store it? Thanks so much

Yes, this can be made 4 days ahead then kept in the fridge in a covered glass or china jug or bowl.
