  1. Mix the vodka and ginger wine in a jug. Stir in the cranberry juice, lime juice and some sliced stem ginger. Garnish with lime zest, if you like.

Rosekc -I think the most common ginger wine is Stone's Ginger Wine-it's alcoholic but you can get others that are not. Should be in the liqueur sections of most supermarkets at this time of year. I'm going to make a bucket of this for my Christmas party on Saturday!

Mmmmm..... Lovely! Would recommend letting it all stand for a bit to let the stem ginger infuse as we found it a bit too sweet on the first glass. By the 3rd we were in heaven! Oh, did add 1 more lime and 100ml more vodka to combat the sweetness but think the extra time would have done the trick.
