Chilli-butter smashed radishes

Combine the mellowed flavour of cooked radishes with chilli butter for a sumptuous side dish. Not a radish fan? You'll change your mind after trying this recipe
- STEP 1
Heat the butter in a small frying pan with the chilli flakes until it begins to foam and turn golden brown. Add the radishes and coat well in the butter, turning often until softened, about 10-15 mins.
- STEP 2
Turn up the heat, add the lemon juice, let it sizzle, then season to taste and serve.
