Chilli-butter smashed radishes

Ingredients
- 100g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 500g radishes, leaves removed, smashed with the flat edge of a knife (or halved/quartered if you find this hard to do)
- 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the butter in a small frying pan with the chilli flakes until it begins to foam and turn golden brown. Add the radishes and coat well in the butter, turning often until softened, about 10-15 mins.
- STEP 2
Turn up the heat, add the lemon juice, let it sizzle, then season to taste and serve.
