Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 100g mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • 350ml soya milk, or another milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp pea protein powder, or another protein powder of your choice (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • a few ice cubes

Method

  • STEP 1

    Peel the banana and put it in a blender. Add the other ingredients, along with a couple of ice cubes. Put the lid on and blend until smooth, then pour into two glasses and enjoy. Will keep chilled for up to a day.
