Ingredients
- 100g raw, frozen, unsweetened açaí pulp, thawed
- 50g frozen pineapple
- 100g strawberry
- 1 medium banana
- 250ml mango or orange juice
- 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
Method
- STEP 1
Place all ingredients in the blender or a food processor. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick add a bit more mango or orange juice. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
