Fruit skewers with cheesecake footy dip

Ingredients
- 200g strawberries, halved
- 200g melon (any variety, or use a mixture), cubed
- 200g pineapple, cubed
For the dip
- 150g soft cheese
- 100ml double cream
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Oreo sandwich biscuits, or another similar chocolate biscuit
You’ll also need
- wooden or metal skewers
Method
- STEP 1
Alternately thread the fruit pieces onto skewers, then chill until needed. Will keep chilled for a day.
- STEP 2
Beat the soft cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla together using an electric whisk until smooth, then spoon into a small serving bowl. Cut three of the biscuits in half. Put the whole biscuit in the centre of the dip, and arrange the biscuit halves around the edge to resemble a football. (You may not need all the halves, so you can enjoy any extras as a snack). Serve the dip with the fruit skewers for dunking.
