Method

    Pour the wine into a large pitcher, then add the elderflower cordial and stir to combine.

  • step 2

    Add the strawberries, lemon and lime slices and the sugar. Stir gently, then lightly press some of the strawberries against the pitcher using the back of a spoon to release their juices.

  • step 3

    Add the mint, lightly clapping it between your hands first to release its oils. Chill the sangria for at least 1 hr, or until well infused and cold. Serve in ice-filled glasses.
