Spiced grilled lamb skewers
These lamb skewers are marinated in Indian flavours of garam masala, cumin, ginger and garlic, then barbecued until lightly charred

Serve this crunchy slaw with our onion bhaji chicken tenders or your favourite grilled meats. It also works well in burgers, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and salads
Finely shred the white cabbage, grate the carrot and thinly slice the red onion, then tip it all into a bowl with a handful of coriander leaves. Squeeze over the lemon juice, add a pinch of salt, and toss well to combine. Serve with onion bhaji chicken tenders and yogurt sauce, if you like.
