Ingredients
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 250g hard cheese (we used cheddar and red leicester), cut into small cubes
- 300g pack mixed charcuterie
- 300g grapes
- selection of small crackers
- small bunch rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds, to decorate
Method
- STEP 1
Find a large board to present your cheeseboard on. Starting with the bottom of the ‘tree’, lay a row of cucumber slices from one side to the other. Working upwards, arrange all the cheese, meats and grapes in rows, each row a little shorter than the last as you reach the top, making a Christmas tree shape.
- STEP 2
Cut out a star from cucumber, cheese or meat (or all three, to make a small stack), then arrange at the top. Use a few crackers to make a stump at the bottom and decorate with rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds for baubles.
