Bangkok-based writer and photographer Austin Bush has worked for the likes of CNN, Condé Nast Traveler, Saveur, Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia and The Wall Street Journal Asia.
Austin has also contributed to travel guides, including Lonely Planet Bangkok and Lonely Planet Thailand's Islands & Beaches. His book, The Food of Northern Thailand, was a finalist for the 2019 James Beard Foundation Book Awards and was shortlisted for the 2019 Art of Eating Prize.
