"This was super quick and easy and the flavor was not lost by the method and the texture of the risotto was perfect. I would seriously recommend trying it. It gave me more time to do other bits and pieces and get ready, as it was cooking, for a nice dinner for two. As it is in the microwave you don't have to worry about it burning like on the hob. Brilliant!"

"Oh my gosh this was so lovely I made it for my mum on mothers day and the first bite she took her reaction was priceless, she loved it. I have to make it again on request the next time I see her. This recipe was so easy to follow and so yummy, I highly recommend trying it! "

"So simple, so tasty a wonderful nibble before a meal. I did find though that instead of rather mixing the garlic with the tomatoes, rub it on the toasted bread. It made the flavor stand out a bit more and just fewer ingredients to cut."
