"another 5 star rating for this one - wonderful texture and very easy to make. It needed longer in my oven though but was easy to test with a skewer so not a problem!"

"great flavours but too much chili for most people I would think! Also the red pepper is missing from the instructions so I almost forgot to put it in. It is quite runny - I served it with ciabatta rather than pitta so better for mopping up the juices."

"great recipe for using up left over veg. I added celery instead of the frozen beans. I also added 1 tsp of sugar (essential in tomato based soups in my opinion!) and 50g of red lentils to thicken it, then cooked it a little longer. I was only cooking it for two so have frozen half the soup base to use another time - so an even quicker lunch another day! I will definitely make this again"

"gorgeous - perfect served warm with double cream and raspberries. We reheated it in the microwave and it went all gooey again - yum! I used 1 heaped tsp of baking powder but might try less next time as it overflowed the tin at the edges. I used half and half plain and milk chocolate. I think it's meant to be gooey and flatter in the middle, it was still a bit wobbly when it came out, but a skewer came out slightly sticky rather than with raw mixture on it (I googled for other recipes to work out this way of checking). super for a relatively easy dinner party pud that can be made in advance, I will definitely make this again. "Much tastier than I was expecting - the flavours work really well together and my other half liked it too. My only criticism is lack of colour, it looks a bit bland. Next time I might add some red pepper or carrot strips to add a bit of colour. "
