Ingredients

  • Plain flour 150g
  • Sugar 75g
  • Butter 100g
  • 1 egg yolk

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix all ingredients in the mixer until a dough is formed
  • STEP 2
    Kneed lightly and form two sausages
  • STEP 3
    Wrap in clingfilm and put in fridge for 45 minutes
  • STEP 4
    Cut into pound coin size disks
  • STEP 5
    Cook at 180 for 20 minutes
