If you are weight loss aspirant who surfs internet often, you might have been familiarized with the term "Detoxification".. I guess a spark will come through your mind now.. Yep, detoxification drinks are good aids for losing weight.. It is not the fact that you will lose weight if you have detox drinks itself.. They are just like catalyst for weight loss. The reaction will take place only if you combine diet and exercise changes.. It improves digestion.. It dissolves stomach fat.. It purifies blood.. It has a lot other benefits too.. This orange and ginger juice is an excellent detox drink.. I cannot drink anything just for the sake of weight loss.. So I am trying to make everything tasty.. Also I am now engaging myself in making detox drinks tasty.. As we have a detox drink every week in our home, it is an easy task for me to post more and more such drinks.. Also this is a summer season in which you tongue and body longs for too many drinks.. It is my pleasure to list a few drinks.. You guyz,, try and comment back..

Ingredients

  • Small Oranges - 4
  • Ginger - 3 inch stick
  • Honey - 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 Teaspoon

Method

  1. Take ginger in a blender and make it a puree..

  2. Cut oranges into half and remove the seeds.. Add it to the blender and puree it..

  3. Add 300 ml water to the blender and pulse one last time..

  4. Strain the juice and add honey and sugar..

  5. Mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.. Serve it chill
