Ingredients
- Tarragon (1 pack)
- Creme Fraiche (1 tub)
- Garlic Clove
- Penne Pasta (Cooked)
- Shallots
- Chicken Breast
Method
- STEP 1Slightly Flatten the chicken and add salt and pepper. Fry in salt and oil until cooked through. Remove from the an and cut into strips.
- STEP 2In the same pan fry the shallots, garlic and tarragon until the shallots soften. Return the chick and add the creme fraiche and pasta, heat and enjoy!
