The perfect recipe to make for a quick post workout snack or healthy treat. These raw slices are so easy to throw together and will give you a burst of nutrients in such a tasty way. Be rude not to try this one

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cashews
  • 3 limes
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 1 cup of coocnut chips
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder (optional)

Method

  1. Put everything except your limes and half your coconut chips in your food processor

  2. Half your limes and squeeze in the juice

  3. Pulse your food mixer until your ingredients are roughly blended and sticking together

  4. Flatten out into a shallow dish like you would a brownie mix and freeze for 10 minutes

  5. Then sprinkle on the rest of the coconut chips and grate some zest off your limes for a topping and slice up
