Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 bird's eye chillis
  • 1 onion

Method

  • STEP 1
    Quarter or half the chicken thighs and mix with olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, oregano, paprika, lemon juice
  • STEP 2
    Leave to marinate for 30mins or longer
  • STEP 3
    Slice the chorizo and fry in a wok until the oils start running
  • STEP 4
    Add the onion and chicken and fry over a high heat
  • STEP 5
    Add sliced chilli and reduce heat for 5 minutes before serving
