Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce
  • Chicken Stock
  • Ginger
  • Bok Choi
  • Spring Onion
  • Any other veg
  • Chilli (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Combine soy sauce, ginger, chilli and veg in saucepan and heat
  • STEP 2
    Add chicken stock and allow soup to simmer for as long as you like
