Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • Raspberries
  • 15ml Potato starch
  • 2dl Soy milk
  • 1dl Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil / dairy free butter

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut the banana into small pieces and mash it in a bowl.
  • STEP 2
    Add the raspberries, flour, potato starch, and 1dl of the milk. Whisk.
  • STEP 3
    Add another dl of the milk, and a dash of salt. Whisk.
  • STEP 4
    Fry in vegetable oil or dairy free butter on medium heat.
