Ingredients

  • double cream ( 6 tablespoons )
  • chocolate (200g)

Method

  • STEP 1
    melt the chocolate over some boiling water
  • STEP 2
    stir until it has melted
  • STEP 3
    mix together the cream and chocolate
  • STEP 4
    mix until creamy
  • STEP 5
    add any food colouring if needed and then spoon into a piping bag and smother it on top
